I can not say enough great things about Radhika at KCI. She checks all the boxes: professional, knowledgeable, reliable. Which is amazing, because it's difficult to find someone who checks off even one of the boxes. Having worked now with several designers, contractors, etc., it's ridiculous how little care is put in even returning a phone call, let alone delivering on your project. Radhika provides a sense of peace. She does what she says and says what she does. I knew what I wanted to achieve, but didn't know how to make it happen. Once I met Radhika, I never doubted everything would turn out just as I wanted. Her warmth and confidence is well suited.

From the moment I sat down with her to share my hopes for our basement, she was able to give me a clear picture of how she would make that happen. And continued throughout in setting expectations on design, delivery and installation. She took care of every detail, promptly and effortlessly. I love the unique and interesting pieces she put together and helped me create a story for my basement. I love Radhika and would hire her again and again. My basement is a dream and she's a killer designer.
